Cancellation Policy

• If your unit needs to cancel, please notify Winding Waters as soon as possible. Early notice may provide an opportunity for your adventure to be booked by another group. Should a replacement booking occur, your unit will receive a full refund of all payments made—except for the initial $250 reservation fee. If the adventure is not rebooked, no refunds will be issued.
• Winding Waters is not responsible for refunds due to canceled flights or ground transportation. We strongly encourage all participants to consider purchasing travel insurance.
• Units are expected to follow the established payment schedule. Missed or late payments may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

Upcoming Due Dates for the 2026 program year:

• Deposits are made through November 1, 2025
• First payment is due January 1, 2026
• Second payment is due March 1, 2026
• Final payment is due May 1, 2026
• 2-4 weeks prior to arrival to Winding Waters: We will be sending a form for any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
• All adventures will be expected to bring all required paperwork with their crew in-person for check in.

No, Winding Waters’ Registrations are made on a per-crew basis. The adventure is priced as a whole, and the cost does not change with fewer participants. Crew sizes are 6-10 participants. We do not provide refunds for crews bringing fewer people than the maximum crew size.
